- Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for developing and implementing all phases of Automotive Aftermarket sales and marketing objectives and distribution programs within Eastern Region.
- Must have proven capabilities as a strong manager of people, with a keen sensitivity to abrasives applications, technologies and market end uses.
- Must have strong knowledge of industrial distribution, including Welding and Construction; additionally, the RSM must have the ability to develop strong working relationships with the senior members of distribution within the region.
