- JOB SUMMARY: This position oversees the operation management of assigned Head Start sites; leading a team of coordinators in the provision of services and training; providing technical assistance to assigned sites; and, acting as liaison with Parent Committees.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, Child Care licensing regulations (as required), Child and Adult Care Food Program guidelines, RurAL CAP and Child Development Division Policies and Procedures/Integrated Work Plan at each assigned site.
- Works with site staff, Budget Coordinator, and Regional Manager Supervisor with Head Start Program Manager approval, to maintain budgets and expend funds in accordance with grant terms/conditions.
- In partnership with the Regional Manager Supervisor, establishes and/or maintains partnerships with applicable agencies/organizations to advocate for responsive and effective quality services for children and families.
- Additional reporting requirements as deemed appropriate by Regional Manager Supervisor.
