- The Regional Field Manager (RFM), Consumer Engagement Marketing, manages and oversees all sampling activity in his/her designated geography.
- In addition, the RFM will be involved in other marketing projects both inside and outside of their designated geography as outlined by the Sr. Director Field Marketing & Consumer Engagement.
- They will also be responsible for cultivating additional sampling & event opportunities within their geography.
- This position reports directly into the Sr. Director, Field Marketing & Consumer Engagement, but works closely with his/her Sr. Field Marketing Manager on events & marketing plan approvals.
- Responsible for identifying additional events & sampling opportunities within his/her geography.
