- General Responsibilities: Manages the regional employee relations function, including employee relations, training, safety and employee health.
- Oversees and coordinates the organization’s compliance efforts, responses to regulatory requirements related to safety such as; OSHA, DOT, MSDS, etc.
- Manages effectively the internal and external complaint process including but not limited to; compliance, PHRC, EEOC complaints.
- Occasional day travel - primarily Lycoming, Cumberland, Berks counties.
- Education/Training: A BS or BA degree in Business, Communications, Human Behavior, or a related field of study normally required.
