- Water and wastewater planning: experience in developing and reviewing water supply, watershed, and wastewater plans, including water demand planning for municipal, commercial, agriculture and instream water demands.
- Water policy and water resource management: competency in water resource management including basic understanding of water policy, including water rights, municipal water planning and instream protection.
