- The Recurring Revenue Manager is responsible and accountable for our Recurring Revenue line in the business.
- This includes revenues associated with software maintenance renewals, SaaS and Managed Services.
- This person will work across the organization to drive renewal proposals and ensure client success in completing annual renewals with the necessary purchase requirements.
- This role also supports the implementation of best practices and financial management methodologies in recurring revenue forecasting, time to close and data integrity oversight.
- Assist with pre-sales activities related to SaaS/maintenance pricing to ensure best practices are met to cover operational fees
