- Serves as a resource to answer prospective students' and parent' questions, planning on- and off-campus events related to recruiting prospective students, managing customized prospective student visits, and assisting with admission and scholarship communication and administration.
- Maintains information sessions and event schedules, booking staff meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and providing support in an office where customer service skills are essential.
- Responsible for critical daily office operations, including initiating and maintaining essential student coding for incoming students and College scholarship recipients, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Engaging and relational public speaking skills are a must.
- Assists in processing scholarship award and renewal communication.
