- In addition to these responsibilities, the Receptionist will also be tasked with various other duties, such as running errands, actively participating in safety and administration teams, and fulfilling any other assigned tasks.
- Directing walk-in traffic, and phone calls.
- Coordinating in-house meetings and maintaining oversight of a scheduling system for resources including conference rooms and fleet vehicles.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in front desk reception or customer service roles.
- Ensuring the health and happiness of our RRMers is paramount to how we run our business.
