- You will provide engineering solutions for the National Ignition Facility and Photon Science (NIF&PS) Directorate and its associated Programs to enable scientific exploration of the frontiers in fusion ignition, national security, astrophysics, materials science, nuclear science, and other scientific disciplines.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics or related fields, or the equivalent combination of education and prior relevant experience.
- Qualifications We DesirePhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics or a related field.
- Experience with radiation transport codes such as MCNP, GEANT4, NOVICE, FASTRAD, SRIM, CASINO, etc.
