- Will develop program evaluation designs and instrumentation as well as collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- The Quality Manager will organize and implement an annual quality training strategy, including but not limited to classroom training, coaching and consultations.
- Assist key leaders in developing key performance indicators and automated management reports for process control and decision support systems.
- Master's Degree in (public policy, health administration, public health) preferred with 3 years of relevant experience including 2 years in a management/supervisory capacity OR Bachelor's Degree in (applied science, business administration or related field) plus 5 years of industry related experience in health care and/or human service including 2 years in a management/supervisory capacity.
