- Develop standards and procedures and direct quality control staff in project and subcontractor evaluation.
- Conduct appropriate tests and inspections to ensure code compliance (ASME).
- Assist project manager and superintendent to ensure proper planning, layout and material procurement have occurred.
- Provide administrative and technical direction to all quality control personnel - includes personnel administration, resolution of technical problems, development/approval of in-house training, etc.
- Review subcontractor's submittals, schedules meetings, as required, with subcontractors, owners, etc.
