- A Place to Be Proud Responsibilities Collaborates with PFK leadership to design a quality improvement (QI) project portfolio to meet the hospital’s strategic plan, PFK’s strategic plan and performance goals, and Joint Commission standards.
- Actively participates on hospital-wide projects and national collaborativesUses knowledge of data analysis and statistical process control to turn data into information that teams can use to make decisions affecting patient outcomes.
- Provides education on the IHI Model for Improvement to community primary care and behavioral health providers, service line representatives, project teams, and to employees.
- Maintains knowledge level and ability related to continuous quality improvement through reviewing relevant peer reviewed publications, attending conferences, and networking with other hospitals.
- Licensure Requirement: Valid driver’s license for travel required to community primary care practices and behavioral health organizations.
