- POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Support Clerk is to assist the Quality Assurance Department.
- Assist planning team with purchase orders that have process-related issues by contracting the customers and finding resolutions.
- Process DCRs, Splits and QCD rework requests.
- Act as back-up for the following: Certification Clerk Certification Typist Interact with other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Qualifications & Requirements: Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
