- Major Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the review of any and all documentation submitted to the mental health client record, including (but not limited to), intake documents, assessments, Client Treatment Plans (CTPs) and Problem Lists, progress notes, change of diagnoses, outcome measures, medication support/psychiatric documents, and correspondence.
- Conduct reconciliation, document-specific reviews, and full chart reviews, and provide feedback on needed corrections, trends, areas of needed training, and missing information to Director of Quality Assurance.
- Work collaboratively with any and all service delivery staff, Clinical Program Managers, Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Mental Health Services, and all inter and intra-agency personnel to ensure the exchange of needed information relevant to contractual compliance is completed.
- Attend and participate in county provider and/or Quality Assurance meetings, and report information back to the Assistant Director and Director of Mental Health Services.
