- The Quality Assurance Manager role manages the entire contract process at Disney Vacation Club (DVC).
- The Quality Assurance Manager is an individual contributor role that will work as part of a small team dedicated to accuracy of sales, legal compliance, member understanding and sales support.
- Closing - Facilitating closing process by reviewing documents with DVC Member either in person or remotely using the electronic signing and remote notary process.
- Member Support - Answer general product questions; troubleshoot technical questions with contract process; apply payments for purchase; resolve Member concerns; assist Members with questions about selling or transferring their membership; create contracts and apply payment for purchases made through Member website.
- Member Administration - Help update memberships to add/remove Members; process resale contracts; process buyback documents, etc
