- We're working with a well established, family-oriented baked goods manufacturer to help them identify a Quality Assurance Manager who will provide strategic direction, leadership and ownership of the Food Safety, Quality and Sanitation programs.
- Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, the QA Manager supports food safety for new products, including leading studies to assess product stability, shelf-life and extended run validations and have in-depth knowledge of Sanitary Design Principles and effective Sanitation Programs.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, biology related discipline, or approved related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of food manufacturing experience (USDA, Produce, etc.)
- Ready-To-Eat (RTE) food manufacturing experience is desirable.
