- Under general supervision, assists in coordinating, assigning, supervising and performing activities involved in inspection, preventive maintenance and regular and emergency repair of mechanical and electrical equipment necessary to pump, regulate, measure and assure the proper operation of water supply pump stations, water booster stations, pressure reducer devices, sewage lift stations and/or retention facilities located throughout Oakland County.
- Uploaded copy of Michigan Department of Community Health D-1 Water Treatment license and S-1 license
- Have at least five (5) years of full-time work experience in the installation, maintenance and/or repair of water and sewage pumps and related electric motors, at least one (1) year of which must have involved crew leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Possess a State of Michigan Class D or higher Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Certificate from the Department of Environmental Quality; OR
- Possess a State of Michigan Class D or higher Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant
