- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and four (4) years of public safety technologies systems experience or an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Microcomputer Technology or a related field, and eight (8) years of public safety technologies systems experience.
- Valid Texas Class "C" Driver's License or equivalent from another state by time of appointment.
- Involves: Assure and control the wireless communication equipment quality, stability and optimization based on data reported from the Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Collect and analyze data from the NOC and plan for the performance of routine maintenance.
- Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for managed systems.
