- The Department of Pediatrics, Neurology Division, is currently accepting applications for a Psychologist.
- A doctorate in psychology from an accredited college or university, which includes one year of supervised internship experience in professional psychology; and licensure as a psychologist by the State of Florida in accordance with Chapter 490, F.S.
- Strong knowledge and experience with a broad range of standardized psychological, language, and academic assessment measures and evidence-based interventions for K-12 students with learning, neurocognitive, and related difficulties impacting school functioning and academic progress.
- Strong working knowledge of Florida's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and proficiency in analyzing, accurately interpreting, and reporting student data.
- Ability to effectively deliver evidence-based consultation and instructional support to teachers, parents, principals, and district staff for struggling K-12th grade students with dyslexia and other special education needs.
