- Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services.
- A key member of the child and adolescent multidisciplinary leadership team, the incumbent will collaborate closely with nursing and psychiatry leaders to spearhead programmatic changes aimed at enhancing patient/staff safety, improving the quality of care, reducing restraint/seclusion incidents, increasing staff satisfaction and retention rates, decreasing length of stay, and advancing clinical programming.
- The position is not only focused on the immediate inpatient environment but also extends its leadership impact to broader initiatives within the Hartford Healthcare Behavioral Health Network, taking an active role in annual improvement projects and leading efforts to implement Trauma-Informed Care across all inpatient and emergency departments.
