- SUMMARY The psychiatrist will be responsible for assessing patients, diagnosing or ruling out mental disorders, prescribing treatments, documenting encounters and services, and conducting regular follow-up appointments to monitor the clients' progress.
- Evaluates clients by interviewing client, family, and other persons; conducting physical examinations; observing behaviors; reviewing medical history and related documents; selecting, administering, and interpreting psychological tests; and ordering laboratory tests and evaluating results.
