- The role of the Provider Outreach and Education Coordinator is to, under direction from the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), perform the most difficult, varied, and complex analytical staff duties, including analyzing and resolving provider billing issues; monitoring the performance of the Fiscal Intermediary (FI), provider information and assistance functions; and making recommendations for monitoring and corrective action.
