- This role is part of our Hybrid 2 Workplace Strategy and requires work in the office 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
- receives a moderate level of guidance and direction in providing operational and administrative support for the implementation, auditing and resolution of loading issues for payment innovation programs.
- Aggregate and analyze provider data form various sources to recommend and implement solutions to ensure contract success.
- Encourages change management with providers to increase quality and decrease cost.
- BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in data operations related to health care; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
