- Client Service Serve as the primary internal and external project finance lead on all contract research service agreements to ensure continuity of client engagement and accurate internal reporting.
- Project Financial Management In close collaboration with the project team, lead project resource modeling, costing, and pricing and overall budget administration associated with contract amendments.
- Optimize resource, costing, and pricing tools (Excel) used for contracting to enable definition and capture and forecast of timelines, budgets, and costs that will form the basis of revenue recognition, timesheets and monitoring of project performance and cash flow.
- Contract Administration Lead the contract amendment process to capture changes in scope are accurately captured, communicated, and approved for contracting, internally and externally.
- MBA and/or professional financial certification such as CPA or CMA preferred.
