- The Property Management Coordinator works with the Director of Property Management, the Director of Property Management Operations, Property Managers and the Service Tech Manager to oversee administrative tasks for the division.
- This position assists the division with managing incoming work orders through work order assignment, work order invoicing, vendor coordination and tenant communication.
- Assists Property Management and Real Estate divisions with lease transaction management, collecting certificate of insurance, acceptance of premise and security deposit before lease commencement date.
- Works with Service Tech Manager and vendors to ensure proper and timely assignment of all incoming work orders.
- Finalizes and closes out all completed work orders and ensures accurate invoicing.
