- Work within the Development Department responsible for supporting the VP of Real Estate and the Director of Construction with multi-disciplinary, cross-functional tasks such as: Vendor Management, Health & Business Licensing, Utility set-up, Construction Coordination & Close-Out, Tenant Improvement Allowance collection.
- Perform regular cost analysis and industry benchmarking on OSI items and implement improvements to better align with department financial targets.
- Partner with department leadership to ensure all National contracts adhere to industry best practices, including OSI Vendors, General Contractors, and Design Consultants.
- Assist in GC Bid process, provide input during review and negotiation.
- Support Operations/Facilities teams post-occupancy on roll-out and retrofit programs.
