- Responsible for operational and financial management and oversight of a Practice, including promoting critical strategic initiatives, managing and monitoring financial performance, coordinating staffing and monitoring staff utilization, and assisting with the implementation of growth objectives.
- Partners with Office Directors and studio leaders as a liaison between the practice leadership and staff, communicating firm and practice initiatives, strategic goals, and priorities
- Monitors staffing, utilization, and growth management across the practice, including recommending adjustments where necessary and reviewing all personnel changes in conjunction with Global Practice Director, Regional Directors, Office Directors and Sector Manager
- Acts as a key liaison between practice-driven strategy and regional/office execution plans; assists studio to set goals and OKR’s
- Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Finance or related field
