- The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall administration, organization and execution of designated technical projects/contracts, ensuring that goals and/or objectives of the project/contract are accomplished, meeting customer (District of Columbia Department of Transportation - DDOT) and company expectations, within the project/contract prescribed timeframe and budget.
- The PM shall have demonstrated experience in managing a large curbside/parking asset management program.
- Specific experience in curbside asset/parking management is required.
- Represent the Contractor during progress meetings, design review meetings, contract negotiations, and open item meeting with DDOT.
- Ten (10) years of progressive direct experience in Parking management and/or Maintenance can substitute for a B.S degree.
