- The Project Manager is part of the Center of Excellence (COE) PMO team and plays a key role in the success of projects at Christensen Inc. Working closely with executives, business unit leaders and stakeholders, this role serves as a leader and coach to project teams throughout the life of a project using Project Management and Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.
- Collaborating with the project executive sponsor and project leads to develop the project charter, manage scope, budget and deliver expected outcomes
- Providing role clarity to project team members, ensures team members have a clear understanding of their deliverables, and tracks the progress of projects
- Training and coaching project team members on the usage of various Project Management tools such as: business requirements, business case development, project charter, project plans, process maps, RACI documents, risk assessments, risk analysis, training and stabilization plans
- Driving improvement within the PMO department by working to improve existing systems and processes then sharing among the Christensen organization
