- Process expense reports, vendor invoices, deposits, and receipts to reconcile monthly statements
- Clerical tasks: mailing, copying, scanning/filing, and screening calls daily
- Provide administrative support to project managers and contract administration,
- Support foremen by looking at updated plan specs and sending changes to scope as needed
