- Overview: The Project Coordinator role is to manage on-site Turnaround timekeeping responsibilities as well as coordinate labor team shift allocation, travel and hotel accommodations.
- Primary responsibility includes coordination of specified rentals, repairs, products, and services within the assigned region from the quote stage, through the order management process, to completion of invoicing.
- In addition, aid during the cash collection process using Vista / Viewpoint software.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to create quotes both in an ERP system, Excel, CRM/SharePoint system, and Microsoft Office Word.
- Act as liaison between the Customer, Territory Manager, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering and Purchasing, to construct quotations and ensure on-time deliveries of service, rentals, repairs, and/or products.
