- The Project Controls Manager is responsible for ensuring all large projects in the Western Region are managed in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Manages, oversees, and coordinates project controls and activities, planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, and quality review for projects for an organization.
- Evaluates project risk and advises on risk-mitigation recommendations, including but not limited to, financial risk, personnel risk, contract risk, etc.
- Computer skills sufficient to operate a laptop and cell phone, including sending and receiving emails, prepare and present PowerPoint Presentations, and learn Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, SAP Concur, and various building department software(s).
