- This position will also support Project Managers, Clients, Subcontractors and Government Agencies in matters related to prevailing wage requirements and certified payroll reporting.
- Secure insurance certificates and builders risk insurance quotes from the Risk Department.
- Complete project set-up and on-going project maintenance/updates in Viewpoint and RMS.
- Organize, prepare, submit and track subcontracts, supply agreements and subcontractor/supplier change orders.
- Assist with HUD and LEED paperwork.
