- The Program Officer – Child/Youth Support oversees the standards of care and protocols to eligible minor foreign-national victims of human trafficking through comprehensive case management services, provides training and technical assistance to providers serving minor survivors of trafficking and conducts outreach to build capacity to provide specialized minor services.
- Provide programmatic and ongoing training & technical assistance support to a national network of case management providers serving foreign national children and youth survivors of trafficking;
- Manage ongoing consultations on cases where minors may be victims of human trafficking;
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related behavioral science, human services or social services field OR Bachelor’s degree in one of the abovementioned with at least three years’ experience in child welfare or related field;
- Experience working with case management or child welfare services and/or related programs aiming to increase access to critical resources for immigrant and underserved populations such as unaccompanied children and minor victims of human trafficking is required;
