- The Faster Paths Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Faster Paths, the low-barrier substance use disorder bridge clinic at BMC. A core member of the Faster Paths leadership team, the PM collaborates closely with the Faster Paths medical director, associate medical directors, nurse manager, and pharmacy liaison.
- The PM serves as a primary liaison between Faster Paths and collaborating programs within and outside of BMC, including the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, and they ensure effective administration of grant funding.
- They actively contribute to Faster Paths’ mission to deliver on-demand, clinically excellent substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and harm reduction services to reduce overdose and other complications of SUD and to support patients in achieving their goals.
- Manages all aspects of program administration and operation, including financial and grants management, strategic planning, personnel management, public relations and promoting the program to the public.
- Requires a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) with an emphasis in human services, education, public administration, social work, or community development.
