- The program manager will work closely with the executive director to plan and execute Board-directed strategies, tactics, and programs that support the EDSA vision, mission, and objectives.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Foster and maintain relationships with member organizations, industry stakeholders, and other relevant entities to promote collaboration and advance the goals of EDSA. Collaborate regularly with Executive Director, Board of Directors, and Committee Chairs to prepare materials, as well as ensure timely action and post meeting follow-ups.
- Manage EDSA's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to communicate with new and established members, update the website, and manage invoicing of membership dues.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to advance the mission and vision of the End Drug Shortages Alliance.
- Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including budgeting, membership dues, and fundraising activities, to support EDSA's programs and initiatives.
