- Under general direction, provide training and counseling services to the small business community to create economic impact in the service area; perform intake and determine client needs; recommend possible solutions to owners of small businesses; provide business technical assistance through confidential one-on-one consulting and group training; and perform related duties as assigned.
- Conduct in-depth client interviews and eligibility evaluations, crafting detailed Scope of Work reports and consulting/training plans tailored to Small Business Development Center (SBDC) services.
- Provide expert guidance in diverse business areas during one-on-one consulting sessions, addressing topics such as funding, marketing plans, financial forecasting, market feasibility, capital raising, product diversification, operations management, and marketing strategies.
- Offer direction in essential areas like financial viability and operational efficiency, contributing significantly to clients business success.
