- Over 110 ECE faculty members are involved in 11 areas of research and education; bioengineering, computer systems and software, digital signal processing, electrical energy, electromagnetics, electronic design and applications, nanotechnology, optics and photonics, systems and controls, telecommunications, and VLSI systems and digital design; and the School is either home to or a key player in almost 20 research centers and consortia.
- The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the area of Electrical Energy.
- The School is interested in energy transition topics including, but not limited to: transportation electrification, dynamic control of decentralized grids, new power electronics materials and devices, energy storage, microgrids and grid-edge resiliency.
- Candidates will be considered at the ranks of Assistant and Associate Professor.
