- Complete or review building permits, variances, rezoning, land use amendment, and other planning or zoning applicationsResearch and manipulate data using GIS Perform research for comprehensive planning, land development codes, and other planning itemsWrite reports and letters (Master Plans, CDBG, Staff Reports, etc.)
