We are hiring for Production Workers to build our delicious Sandwich Bros. and Odom's Tennessee Pride sandwiches. You will report to a Production Line Supervisor and join a team of about 400 associates. Shift: This role is 1st Shift, 8:00am to 4:00pm Location: 96 Pinnacle Dr, Jackson, TN 38301 Hourly Rate: $19.50 an hour Benefits Start Day One of Employment! What Impact Will You Have On Our Business? <ul><li>You will be making Odom's Tennessee Pride and Sandwich Bros.'s sandwich products by hand. This would include adding meat and/or cheese within the biscuit or flatbread pocket.</li><li>You will help to perform product checks on Sandwich Bros. and Odom's Tennessee Pride products to ensure quality for our consumers</li><li>Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, you as production worker will play an active role</li></ul> <ul><li>Cleanliness is important at our facilities. You will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area</li><li>You will follow Quality Assurance standards</li><li>Production workers will be trained and developed to support any position on the production line</li></ul> Do You Have What It Takes: <ul><li>Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfill production demand</li><li>This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like, lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, using your hands in freezer environment</li><li>This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
