Full Time Positions are available from entry-level to experienced Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Batch Mixers, and Line Inspectors at our Carol Stream, IL location. Compensation Starting between $19.00 to $25.00 depending on specific job and experience! $3,000.00 signing bonus + Shift Differential Shift Details: - Shift 1 (Monday through Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm) - Shift 2 (Monday Through Friday 1:30pm - 10pm) - Shift 3 (Monday through Friday 10:00pm - 6:30am) Essential Functions: <ul> <li>Set-up, operate and troubleshoot calendar equipment to assure safe, efficient production of materials.</li> <li>Perform visual inspection & measurement of material in accordance with established procedures to maintain product specification.</li> <li>Accurately record production data into the computer database.</li> <li>Detects unusual conditions, defective material, or operating difficulties. Resolve process issues and escalate as needed</li> <li>Perform other duties as directed and assigned</li> <li>Maintain safe work environment (5S), minor maintenance on the equipment and area clean-up.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalency</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs if needed</li> <li>Focus on Safety and follow specified safety protocol</li> <li>Accurately follow work instructions</li> <li>Maintain a clean work environment</li> <li>Perform various other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Preferred Experience: <ul> <li>Experience in a production/manufacturing/indusindustrial-relatedronment.</li> </ul> Additional Qualification Details:No additional requirement needed Who We Are and What We Are All About: Rogers Corporation makes tomorrow's innovations possible.
