- Collaborate with all Operations leaders a comprehensive system and computer database for all documents to be retained within required timeframes by the FDA, USDA, and SQF regulatory agencies.
- Keep track and review status of daily batch and HACCP records for accuracy.
- Manage and supervise on the enforcement of standards in the areas of regulatory compliance under guidance of the COO.
- In conjunction with the Operations Management Team, update and support food safety programs and food safety systems: HACCP, Sanitation, and any other areas.
- HACCP, PCQI, and SQF Intentional Adulteration training/certifications required.
