- The Production Control Clerk compiles and records production data for our facilities maintenance contract and ensures the accuracy of records, reports, material use, quality control, and other aspects of maintenance and repair.
- You may perform any combination of the following duties: compile and record maintenance data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets following prescribed recording procedures and using different word processing techniques.
- You will prepare work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities, compile material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies, prepare maintenance progress using charts, graphs, or pegboard based on statistics compiled for reference by technicians and management personnel.
- This position is generally sedentary in nature in that prolonged sitting, talking, and hearing are necessary.
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Production Control and Scheduling Clerk in an industrial setting
