- Lead the Interstate Product Team to drive strategic product lifecycle management, product commercialization (“Go to Market”), and innovation resulting in profitable growth across all product lines.
- Drive execution excellence in implementing Portfolio changes, addressing all downstream stakeholders including internal and external customers
- Develop the Product Team to analyze and deliver results – through ongoing sales and profit KPI reviews and measurement of planned results to actuals sales, including recommendations on corrective action plans when necessary
- Foster a cross-functional collaborative environment for the team in partnership with Supplier Quality, Procurement/Suppliers, Sales, Marketing, Distributor Operations, Finance and Revenue Management
