- This position requires a keen understanding of consumer insights, new product innovation, brand positioning, and effective cross functional collaboration with product development, marketing communications, sales, and finance.
- Product Comms & Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing Communications, and Creative Studio to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product claims and message development and execution for packaging, sales collateral, and digital shelf.
- Support Retailer Sell-in: Communicate product value proposition to the sales team and partner with Trade Marketing to deliver a compelling sell story – category & competitive insights, consumer insights, product sizzle, assortment and channel strategy, pricing and promotions strategy.
- Post-Launch Evaluation: Conduct post evaluation and analysis of new product sales performance and marketing activities, recommending improvements and evolution of activities, identifying opportunities to drive velocity.
- Demonstrate thought leadership on emerging trends and consumer insights to strengthen communications.
