- The Hired Guns are seeking a Product Manager, Personalization to deploy big data to enable a giant brand in the retail space to engage the customer at every potential touch point with the correct content tailored for exactly who they are and what they’re looking for.
- As Product Manager, Personalization, you’ll bring your technical and business acumen to bear to lead a program of cross-functional projects that support customer transformation by placing personalized customer experience at the center of the universe.
- Working with Data Governance, Engineering, Digital, Analytics, and other key stakeholders, you’ll gather business requirements, deliver projects, monitor value, identify opportunities to streamline processes, and communicate opportunities to stakeholders from multiple levels of the organization.
- You will be an evangelist in building stakeholders’ understanding of what data can do: how to use it, action it and scale it.
- You could also be a fit if you’re coming from adtech, finance, or media, so long as your past companies have had complex personalization experiences and mature data governance capabilities, including standardized data dictionaries across multiple systems and business units.
