Clinical and management experience preferred; experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings; demonstrated skills in working with diverse populations; experience in crisis, individual, family and group treatment; oral, reading, writing and mathematical skills at the master's degree level; public speaking, teaching and training skills; experience in program development; skills in interpreting and applying standards and regulations; organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management and team building skills, and demonstrated ability to be creative, flexible and calm.
