- As a Managing Business Development Consultant, you'll contribute to our firm's growth by supporting business development efforts within the private equity and venture capital industry.
- Compensation is based solely on successfully closing new client engagements for SMG, as a percentage of new client retainers, which range from $50K to $1M+ per engagement.
- You will be expected to successfully close a $50K+ consulting engagement with a new client within the first 30 days of joining Synergy Management Group, leveraging your existing network and relationships within the institutional investor (private equity & venture capital) industry.
