Practice Description:
Fairview Health Services is seeking a Same Day Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Prior Lake. Practice Details:<ul><li style="color: black;">11 provider practice providing full scope primary care to the southern metro area. </li><li style="color: black;">Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.</li><li style="color: black;">34 patient contact hours per week.</li><li style="color: black;">Openings: 0.8 - 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.</li><li style="color: black;">As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.</li><li style="color: black;">Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).</li></ul>Income Details:<ul><li style="color: black;">Competitive salary.  </li><li style="color: black;">Comprehensive benefits package: generous time off and CME allowance, malpractice insurance (includes tail coverage), retirement contributions, & more.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li style="color: black;">Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner training program.</li><li style="color: black;">BC/BE with the ANCC or AANP.</li><li style="color: black;">Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Nursing.</li><li style="color: black;">Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.</li><li style="color: #333333;">Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years or more of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APPe).</li></ul>
