- The Presales Solution Architect will be responsible for demonstrating and speaking to the value of Workday HCM. You will partner closely with our sales team throughout the sales cycle and will take ownership and accountability as the product expert.
- Your key areas of focus are solution envisioning and design, product demonstration, executive-level proposal/contract presentations and Workday partnership activities including Workday sales rep relationship building and go-to market activities.
- Use product expertise, storytelling techniques, and solutioning experiences to demonstrate how Workday HCM can solve prospect pain points and meet their business requirements.
- Prior experience with Workday HCM, preferably experience implementing with Workday HCM. Experience with other Workday products is a plus.
- Workday HCM implementation certification is desired.
